The home of NBA franchise team, the Utah Jazz, now has a new name.
The EnergySolutions Arena is now the Vivint Smart Home Arena after an announcement by Larry H. Miller Sports & Entertainment. The Miller organization’s partnership with Vivint will last 10 years.
Currently, the home of the Jazz has a maximum seating of 19,911 and hosts a total of 1.8 million guests each year.
“The Utah Jazz and the arena are proud to have Vivint as our new naming rights partner,” LHMSE President Steve Sarks said in a news interview. “Vivint is a long-time supporter of the Jazz, is a Utah-based company, and has a deep commitment to the community and our fans. These were all qualities we looked for when we began this process.”
Headquartered in Provo, Vivint is a summer sales model company that provides home security and home automation services.
