To commemorate the 25th anniversary of Home Alone, Vivint has partnered with Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.
A summer sales model company, Vivint released a Home Alone sweepstakes where fans have a chance to win prizes including a professionally installed and monitored Vivint smart home system.
“A smart home would have saved Kevin McAllister and his family a lot of trouble,” said Jefferson Lyman, chief marketing officer at Vivint in a news article. “While Home Alone will forever remain one of the great holiday comedies of our time, home burglaries are unfortunately a real problem, especially during the holidays. Today’s security and smart home technology allows homeowners to protect themselves from intruders, as well as stay connected to their homes while they’re away.”
